1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Prevet App (accessible at prevet.app), owned and operated by Deterix Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Prevet App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all terms, you must not access or use our prevetting tools or services.

3. Description of Prevetting Services

Prevet App provides Merchant profile pre-screening and pre-flight compliance assessment against published and configured acceptance parameters of Payment Service Providers (PSPs). The pre-flight score generated is an indicative readiness assessment based on data provided by you and published PSP risk guidelines.

Important Disclaimer: A positive pre-flight score or indicative approval probability does not guarantee formal account approval by any Payment Service Provider, which remains subject to final full underwriting, KYB/KYC verification, and credit assessment by the respective acquiring institution.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

As a user of Prevet App, you agree and warrant that:

• You will provide accurate, truthful, and non-misleading information regarding your business model, processing history, and compliance status.
• You will not use the service for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized card processing activities.
• You will not attempt to probe, scan, reverse engineer, or exploit vulnerability in the prevetting software engine.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in Prevet App, including algorithms, pre-flight scoring methodologies, software code, user interface designs, logos, and trademarks, are owned exclusively by Deterix Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your internal business evaluation purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deterix Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, business interruption, or loss of application opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use Prevet App.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
